Today, descend 2,000 feet into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” This ancient volcanic caldera is home to an astonishing density of wildlife, including lions, rhinos, elephants, and hippos. Spend the morning exploring the short-grass plains and stopping for a picnic lunch on the crater floor, surrounded by grazing animals. Arrive at your camp in time for dinner, with the Serengeti’s stunning sunsets as your backdrop.

Rise early for a full day of game drives in the iconic Serengeti. The park’s endless plains are home to Africa’s most famous predators, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as large herds of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration, one of nature’s most extraordinary spectacles. Between game drives, relax at your camp and savor lunch, surrounded by the sounds of the wilderness. Enjoy a final morning game drive through the Serengeti, where the early hours offer a chance to spot predators on the hunt. Later, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a picturesque destination famous for its tree-climbing lions, flamingo-filled shores, and lush forests. Along the way, stop for optional experiences, such as visiting a Masai Village for cultural insights or exploring the historic Olduvai Gorge, often referred to as the “Cradle of Mankind.” Arrive at Lake Manyara and settle into your lodge surrounded by panoramic views.

This morning, enjoy a final game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, where colorful birds, elephants, and giraffes are often spotted against the backdrop of the Rift Valley. Alternatively, opt for a cultural tour in Mto wa Mbu, exploring banana plantations and connecting with local artisans. After lunch, return to Arusha and transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your evening flight to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where you’ll spend the night at a convenient in-terminal hotel.

Fly to Victoria Falls, where you’ll witness one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Spend two days exploring this awe-inspiring destination, starting with a guided tour of the falls. Watch as millions of gallons of water cascade over the edge, creating rainbows and mist. Optional activities include sunset river cruises, helicopter rides, or a walk to the Devil’s Pool. Cross into Botswana and spend two days exploring Chobe National Park, home to Africa’s largest elephant population.
