Founded in 1995, Good Earth Tours® creates memorable outdoor and wildlife adventures in world-renowned Serengeti, the Maasai Mara, and Kilimanjaro national parks and several less traveled parks in East and Southern Africa. To meet all the interests and goals of our customers, we love to create a mix of customized, group, private and luxury tour itineraries.

Vision

We take absolute pride in being among the best and most ethically-responsible tour operators across the region. To support this vision, we strive to be the preferred East African safari company investing in people embodying the ‘Good Earth Ecosystem,’ through which we integrate various elements as possible, crafting a memorable safari adventure for our clients.

Mission

We aspire to make a difference in the lives of the people we work with in the East African tourism industry. As a result, our creators made collaboration a founding value. They believed in collaborating with their employees, customers, partners, and the communities they live in for the benefit of all. Since then, the company has evinced that through the quality of staff in the countries we operate in – Tanzania, the USA, and Canada.

We make the most of it

Many safari options are available to travelers looking for an exceptional safari. That includes understanding what areas to visit, accommodation options, food experiences, optimal group sizes, what time of the year to visit, and who will be guiding them. By creating a professional, supportive, and socially responsible working environment for our employees, they are motivated and focused on the quality and value of the safari experience we design for our guests.

One

Our guides

Central to the success of Good Earth Tours® is our safari driver/guides. We employ highly-qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced personnel who love and are passionate about sharing Africa’s wildlife, people, and culture with guests – such as yourself – who want to experience the perfect African safari.

Two

Our ecosystem

We see our ecosystem as the inter-connected parts of our company and the world around us that impact the lives of the people we work with, where we work, and the guests who visit us.

Three

Our community

We are involved in our community with multiple projects, such as building washrooms for a local school in the Kilimanjaro region and sponsoring children to attend school.

Four

One family

We value our employees’ opinions and get them involved in many aspects of our business. We provide financial assistance for family emergencies and health care. Upon reaching retirement age or family commitments, we try to provide part-time work options for our employees.

Five

Education and training

We sponsor advanced training and certifications for our safari guides so they can offer our visitors an enriching interactive experience.
