This tour departs daily to Chobe National Park in Botswana. Guests are transferred to the
Kazungula border post where their Botswana guide will meet them. From here, they proceed
straight to the Chobe River where they will spend the morning game viewing. Tea, coffee and
biscuits are provided. The morning cruise ends around 12:30 and clients are then taken to the
Chobe Safari Lodge on the banks of the river for lunch. After lunch guests board safari vehicles
for an afternoon game drive in the Chobe National Park with the opportunity to observe an
abundance of wildlife. Thereafter guests are taken back to the border and arrive back in
Victoria Falls at approximately 18:30.

The morning is spent at leisure. After checking out, you’ll be transferred back to the airport
and catch your flight to Cape Town. Met upon arrival and transferred by road to your hotel
located in the famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.

Our drive to the city center takes us past famous landmarks such as the Castle of Good Hope
built in 1666 by the Dutch East India Company and City Hall, a baroque building and the
Grand Parade. As we follow the citys main thoroughfare, Adderley Street, we will see St.
Georges Cathedral, the Anglican Diocese of Nobel Peace Laureate Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
We will pass the Company Gardens and the Malay Quarter, also known as the Bo-Kaap which
means, Above Cape, because of its location up against the slopes of Table Mountain. In the
early 18th century, thousands of slaves from Java, Ceylon and other Far Eastern regions were
brought to Cape Town. After slavery was abolished, their descendants, known as the Cape
Malays, settled here. Continue to join a sparkling tour, witness the art of diamond cutting and
the careful craftsmanship of jewellery manufacturing by skilled experts. Discover the history
of the Diamond and Gold Trade in South Africa. You will be offered the option of continuing to
Table Mountain, where you can ascend to the top, weather permitting by the revolving cable
car. Here, you will see wildflowers and the famous silver tree, and marvel at a birds-eye view
of the city and its beaches. On a clear day it is even possible to see Robben Island where Nelson
Mandela was imprisoned on one side and Cape Point on the other.

In summer this tour runs at 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, and 15:00, and in winter which starts from May to August, the tour runs at 09:00, 11:00, and 13:00. Robben Island requires guests to produce a form of identification when they purchase a ticket and board a ferry when visiting the island. All visitors are required to provide either an identification document, passport, birth certificate, or driver's license. Copies of these documents will be accepted. Boats depart from the Nelson Mandela Gateway at the V&A Waterfront and head to one of the most famous prisons in the world. This is where South Africa's father of the nation spent 18 years, the legend of a man, Nelson Mandela. Guests will disembark at Murrays Harbour on the east coast of the island and take a short walk to buses that will transport them to all of the historically significant sites. The tour guides inside the prison today, are former political prisoners and their knowledge of this island is unparalleled and adds a unique cultural layer to this experience. This tour culminates with a viewing of Nelson Mandela's cell. If Robben Island cancels the tour, they will not charge an administration fee. Robben Island Museum reserves the right to cancel voyages or to change departure times without notice. This ticket is not subject to refunds except if the respective voyage is canceled by Robben Island Museum or the passenger cannot attend due to hospitalization or mortality. Refunds will only be issued against the return of this ticket and proof of identification.
