Dear Good Earth,

Forgive us for taking so long to e-mail... Our honeymoon trip to Tanzania last September with Good Earth Tours was so good we wanted to send some pictures and write a testimonial for your recommendations page.

Our climb up Mt. Kilimanjaro was very enjoyable and a great success due in large part to our guide Herment (far left in picture), his assistants Christopher (far right), Gregory, and the rest of the crew. Herment always kept our goal of reaching the summit in mind and prepared us accordingly. His knowledge, judgment, experience, and friendly nature kept anxieties to a minimum and allowed us to enjoy our time on the mountain as we pursued our goal. The rest of his crew were helpful, friendly and very hard workers - our tent was always set up and waiting for us each time we arrived at camp, and the meals prepared by Paul were much better than one would expect given the
conditions.

Our safari the following week was just as enjoyable, but in a more relaxing way as we stayed at lodges in the Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro parks. Our guide Raphael has an encyclopedic knowledge of all the wildlife and vegetation, a strong pair of "safari eyes" - he was picking things out of the bush we would never have seen by
ourselves. He was very frindly and flexible in accommodating our schedule, and gave us an unforgettable safari experience. In all, from the moment we left the airport to the moment we headed back home, including the hotel stops between adventures and the day safari with our guide Good Luck, Good Earth Tours gave us a well
organized honeymoon that we will always remember fondly.
