Trip Summary:

6 Days on Kilimanjaro Mt., Day trip to Arusha Park, 3 nights in Arusha
and 5 Days safari to Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorogoro

Schedule Dates: Every Tuesdays and Thursdays of every week in a month, EXCEPT in April and May

Day 1	Arrival Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) Met upon your arrival in JRO; and transfer to Hotel in Arusha. Accommodation: Arumeru River Lodge
Day 2	Arusha National Park Today, we drive to Arusha National Park with picnic lunch, the park is famous for its birdlife, we will have a game drive, and hiking in the park enabling us to get used to Tanzania climate and get over jet lag before the climb. Day 3 ~ 7	On Kilimanjaro Mountain We will spend 6 days / 5 nights trekking Mount Kilimanjaro using Machame (for all other routes, price will be adjusted accordingly) Accommodations & Meals: on the mountain, B, L, D.
Day 8	Descend to the park gate, and transfer to Arusha Accommodation & Meals: Arumeru River Lodge B
Day 9	Arusha / Lake Manyara After breakfast, we drive to Lake Manyara National Park in the Great Rift Valley. After a picnic lunch in the Park, home to tree-climbing lion, colorful birds, elephant and hippo, we will have afternoon game drive in the park. Day 10	Lake Manyara / Serengeti Today we leave Lake Manyara for Serengeti. Afternoon game drive in Serengeti, in search of large predators and gentle herbivores in which they feed. Estimated driving distance: 4~5hrs drive Activities: Game drives Accommodation & Meals: Serengeti Serena Lodge B,L,D
Day 11	Serengeti National Park Morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti exploring the rolling plains of Serengeti National Park in search of the large predators and the gentle herbivores on which they feed. Day 12	Serengeti / Ngorongoro Morning game drives in Serengeti and then later we drive to overnight in Ngorongoro with a visit of Masai Village, and optional visit of Olduvai Gorge ($6/person). Estimated driving distance: 3.5hrs drive Activities: Game drives & Visit of Masai Village Accommodation & Meals: Ngorongoro Serena Lodge, B,L,D.
Day 13	Ngorongoro / Arusha / Kilimanjaro / Departure Game drive in the crater exploring the short-grass plains of the crater floor. This extinct volcano embraces 100sq miles alive with lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, buffalo, and many more games. Later in the day, we drive back to Arusha (Optional Day room is available in Arusha for extra $$). Transfer to Kilimanjaro airport for your return flight. Info on Accommodations: ~With the Camping safari option, we stay at Jacaranda Hotel when in Arusha, and do budget camping safari when on safari ~With Standard accommodation safari option, we stay at some of the following places: Ilboru Lodge when in Arusha, Lake Manyara Hotel, Seronera Wildlife Lodge, Lobo Wildlife Lodge, Ikoma Bush Tented Camp, and Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge when on Safari. ~With Deluxe accommodation safari option, we stay at some of the following places: Impala Hotel when in Arusha, Kirurumu Camp, Serengeti Sopa Lodge, Mbalageti Camp (standard room), and Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge when on Safari. ~With Luxury accommodation safari option, we stay at some of the following places: Arumeru River Lodge when in Arusha, Gibbs Farm, Serengeti Serena Lodge, Mbuzi Mawe Tented Camp, Mbalageti Camp (chalet), Kirawira Camp, Ngorongoro Serena Lodge, Ngorongoro FarmHouse Lodge when on Safari.

Arrival and departure Kilimanjaro airport transfers
Scheduled Riverside bus shuttle transfer, Nairobi-Arusha-Nairobi for those arriving/departing from Nairobi.
Accommodations as indicated based on two people sharing a double room / tent
Meals as indicated (B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner).
All park fees, and government taxes
Services of English-speaking driver- guide (or other specified other international language-speaking guide), and skilled cook (for camping safari).
Services of a Professional Leading Guide who is medically trained, certified, licensed and English speaking.
Services of English-speaking assistant guide (s) and enough number of porters for your luggage, food, and water, and a skilled cook
Dining tent on the trek (provided only when a group is of 5 or more trekkers. If less than 5 trekkers, and you want it to be included, we will have to charge you $90/group)
Game drives in Land Rover/Cruiser safari vehicles equipped for luxurious game viewing and touring, with a guarantee window seat!
Drinking water: Treated water on the trek, and bottled water on the safari.
Sleeping tent and mattresses on the trek.
Group max of 8 climbers on the trek, and 4 passengers in the Jeep!

Items of a personal nature such as passport, visa, traveler’s insurance, medical evacuation insurance (a 50$ value)
Tips to guides and porters, and driver-guide, and a cook (adventure camping safari)
Medical Equipment which can be rented well in advance for the following costs: $250/group for hyperbaric chamber, $210/group for an emergency Oxygen cylinder and $140/group for a stretcher. Please note these prices include a porter to carry the equipment.
